Atlanta Pizza Truck app privacy

Updated October 18, 2026

Vomero LLC / Atlanta Pizza Truck uses your verified email and account identifier to show the catering events Alessio has linked to you. Linked event details, invoice amounts, payment status and private contract links are used to provide your event service. Event plans saved only on your iPhone stay on that device unless you choose to share them.

Netlify hosts the protected customer portal and its database. Square manages invoice payments and payment records. Sign.com manages contract access, email verification and signatures. The app does not collect or store your card number. Signing status is currently checked in Sign.com; automatic signature synchronization is not active.

App access uses a device-bound secure session stored in your iPhone Keychain. Only the verified customer and Atlanta Pizza Truck’s authorized owner can retrieve an event’s linked documents. The app does not use advertising tracking or sell personal information. Optional app usage analytics is described below.

You can delete app access from My events → Account and privacy. This signs you out and removes your login account. Deleting app access does not cancel a catering booking, refund payments or delete contracts, invoices and business records that must be retained. Contact Alessio to ask about those records or correct your event information.

Live truck tracking and customer push reminders are not active. They require separate implementation and permission before use.

Calendar availability

The Atlanta Pizza Truck app can request current business availability by month. Our server reads only free/busy information from the business Google Calendar; it does not receive customer names, event descriptions or venue details through this connection. Public responses contain only reserved time windows, including preparation and return buffers. No Google Calendar credential is included in the app. Availability checks do not create a booking or edit calendar events.

Event inquiries and estimates

When you choose Send inquiry to Alessio, the app sends your name, email, phone, event address, guests, menu, notes and planning estimate to Atlanta Pizza Truck through our Netlify inquiry service. Netlify stores the full submitted plan in a private APT inquiry archive and stores a readable form submission. It sends a notification to info@theatlantapizzatruck.com. Saved plans otherwise stay on your device. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date, create a payment or send a contract.

When you enter a complete event address and date, travel and local tax are checked automatically. While you type, Apple Maps provides address suggestions. The exact event street address is sent to the U.S. Census geocoder to identify its county and municipal boundaries. For outside-Atlanta events, Apple Maps receives the business and event coordinates to estimate driving time in each direction. The app does not request your phone's current location. Published Georgia Department of Revenue rates are used; future-quarter and special-zone tax questions remain subject to confirmation.

Owner follow-up reminders

A new app inquiry also creates a private seven-day follow-up task for Alessio. The owner receives the inquiry details and phone number by email, followed by an owner-only reminder if the task remains open. No automatic customer text message or follow-up email is sent by this workflow. Marking the inquiry contacted, booked or closed stops that reminder. Revised inquiries and confirmed bookings also affect reminder eligibility.

Optional app usage analytics

Starting with app version 1.0 (18), you can choose whether to share app usage and device data with Google Analytics for Firebase. Collection is off until you opt in. You can continue using the app without allowing analytics, and change or withdraw your choice in Alessio → Optional usage analytics. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection from this app and resets its local analytics data; it does not automatically erase data already processed by Google.

When allowed, Analytics receives fixed screen names, button actions, quote-step outcomes, address-check success or failure, and verified inquiry-submission outcomes. It also processes app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, SDK installation diagnostics, session/engagement information and approximate geography inferred from the internet connection. We do not send your name, email, phone number, account identifier, exact event address, event date, guest counts, dietary notes, menu answers, payment information, inquiry reference or free-form text to Analytics. Screen recording, advertising identifiers (IDFA and IDFV), advertising personalization and advertising-network registration are disabled. Analytics is not installed in the Watch app.

Google processes this usage information to provide Analytics reports for Atlanta Pizza Truck, including understanding where customers have difficulty completing an inquiry. We do not connect Analytics identifiers to customer login or booking records. Optional Google products/services sharing, benchmarking and account-specialist sharing are disabled. Usage data can remain in aggregated reports and is otherwise retained according to the Analytics property settings and Google's processing policies. Contact us for questions or requests concerning previously collected data. See Google's privacy policy and Firebase privacy information.

Optional celebrations and preferences

Starting with app version 1.0 (20), My celebrations & preferences lets you voluntarily save favorite foods, interests, celebration style and important dates on your iPhone. Annual birthdays and anniversaries store only a month and day, without a birth year or age. The app does not read activity in other apps or obtain access to your entire calendar. You can choose an .ics file in Files, preview its events and save one date yourself; only its title and date are retained, not the file, attendees, locations, descriptions or invitations. These preferences are excluded from device backups and are not sent to usage analytics.

Optional planning reminders are local iPhone notifications. They remain off until you enable them and allow notifications, and each saved date has its own reminder choice. Notifications use a generic message without the celebration name or your preferences. You can change reminder timing, disable reminders, delete an individual date or erase all saved preferences and dates in My celebrations. Reminder dates refresh when you open the app; no email or text is sent by this feature. These are separate from future customer push or payment reminders.

You can separately choose which saved preferences and dates to copy into your current inquiry notes. Nothing is shared with Atlanta Pizza Truck until you review and send that inquiry. Chosen text then becomes part of the inquiry email and private business archive described above. Editing or erasing local preferences does not remove a copy already placed in draft notes or a sent inquiry; edit draft notes directly or contact Alessio about submitted information. We do not use these preferences for cross-app advertising tracking or send them to Google Analytics.
