Every new app inquiry schedules one owner reminder seven days later. Open the customer conversation first, then text them yourself. Mark Contacted, Booked or Closed to stop the reminder.
Each event is matched to the customer’s verified email. Connecting an invoice checks Square’s recipient before saving it.

Account and privacy
Only your own linked events are visible. Square manages payments; Sign.com manages signatures. Deleting app access does not cancel your catering booking or remove contracts and records the business must retain.
